05 / Catalogue & operations
Make a complicated catalogue feel simple.
Lighting products come with details that matter: finishes, dimensions, lamps, technical specifications and lead times. We help organise that information and connect reliable sources so the website is easier to shop and maintain.
Talk about your projectCreate a catalogue your business can trust
We start by understanding what data you have, what rights you have to use it and which source should win when systems disagree. A clear structure makes imports, filters and ongoing updates easier to manage.
- Product and variant mapping with stable identifiers
- Consistent categories, finishes and specification fields
- Image, document and manufacturer-content review
- Rules for duplicate items, discontinued products and missing values
Connect sources with sensible rules
Not every manufacturer offers the same quality of feed or update frequency. We assess the available files, apps or APIs and agree what can be automated safely, what needs review and how failures will be noticed.
- Supported manufacturer and supplier feed assessment
- Price and availability update rules
- Import schedules, validation and exception handling
- Clear separation between owned stock and supplier availability
Turn better information into a better shop
Product data should do useful work. We shape it for navigation, product pages and advertising feeds, with practical checks to keep the customer promise consistent.
- Useful filters and collection rules
- Product specifications and downloadable documents where licensed
- Feed mapping for relevant sales and advertising channels
- Availability language that reflects actual stock and fulfilment constraints
A scope you
can understand.
Every engagement starts with your business, your existing tools and your priorities. We agree the deliverables, responsibilities and costs before work begins.

Before we begin
Good to know.
Can you connect any manufacturer's catalogue?
We first review the data access, usage rights, format and technical requirements. Some sources support reliable automation; others need a file-based or partly manual workflow. We confirm feasibility before promising a connection.
Does supplier availability mean an item is ready to ship from us?
No. Supplier stock, your inventory and customer delivery dates are separate. We agree the labels, update frequency and lead-time process so the website does not turn a supplier quantity into an unsupported shipping promise.
Can you keep our existing product names and URLs?
We can review which identifiers, names and URLs should be retained. Where changes are useful, we plan the mapping and redirects, with a test import before a broader rollout.
Keep it connected
Better together.
