06 / Care & improvement
A better launch is only the beginning.
Keep your website, catalogue and marketing moving in the same direction. We bring maintenance, measurement and focused improvements into an ongoing plan that fits your business.
Talk about your projectLook after the foundations
A useful care plan is specific about what is monitored, maintained and supported. We agree responsibilities around your platform and integrations, including the parts managed by third-party providers.
- Agreed website and integration checks
- Platform, theme and app update planning where applicable
- Backup and recovery responsibilities documented
- A clear support route and scope
Make steady improvements
Your store changes through the year. New collections arrive, stock priorities shift and customers reveal where the website is getting in their way. We turn those signals into a manageable improvement list.
- Seasonal collection and campaign planning
- Product-page, navigation and enquiry-path improvements
- Content and creative updates within the agreed allowance
- Conversion experiments where traffic supports a meaningful test
Know what happened and what happens next
We connect reporting with decisions. You should understand the work completed, the changes in performance, the limits of the data and the next action worth taking.
- Reporting across the agreed website and marketing channels
- Clear distinction between measured activity and estimated attribution
- Review of lead quality and commercial outcomes with your team
- A prioritised roadmap with ownership and next steps
A scope you
can understand.
Every engagement starts with your business, your existing tools and your priorities. We agree the deliverables, responsibilities and costs before work begins.
What we can deliver
- Agreed care and support scope
- Maintenance and review schedule
- Prioritised improvement backlog
- Reporting dashboard or report
- Regular review and next-step plan
- Documented access and responsibilities
What we measure: Completion of agreed priorities · Website and integration health · Qualified leads and ecommerce outcomes · Changes in customer friction and commercial performance
Before we begin
Good to know.
Can you support a website you did not build?
Often, yes. We begin with an access and technical review so we understand the platform, code, integrations and current responsibilities. We then confirm what we can maintain and what needs specialist attention.
Can we start with a smaller project?
Yes. A focused audit, catalogue improvement or website project can establish what needs attention first. Ongoing work is scoped around the priorities you choose.
Do you offer round-the-clock support?
Support hours, response targets and emergency arrangements are defined in the proposal. We do not describe a plan as round-the-clock unless that service has been explicitly agreed.
Keep it connected
Better together.
